I am so happy with the service and care I receive from the practice staff. I have always found the reception staff (with exception of 2) to be helpful, polite and happy to help. Some times depending on what receptionist you talk to over the phone when inquiring about repeat prescription help I get conflicting message and 2 staff can be quite abrupt and dismissive. Not all receptionists are consistent with certain processes. But above all this is a minor issue, and I would most definitely recommend the practice and recently I recommended the practice to several new neighbors.

I travel all the way from Braintree as this is the best Doctors surgery that I have ever been to. The Doctors listen to what you say and never try to rush you. The reception staff are always very friendly and helpful. I have never had a bad experience with the surgery and would recommend this surgery to anyone. Well done everyone.

Being a diabetic I have to make regular visits to the surgery. I am always greeted by the receptionists with a smile and the nurses who treat me are brilliant. Almost makes it a pleasure to be there.

A huge benefit to the surgery is the ability to book early appointments (06.30) before going to work. The staff have always answered any question I may have and all is handled in a friendly manner.

My wife and I have been with this practice since it started, we consider ourselves very fortunate and cannot praise the staff enough. Dr Bajen is the best I have ever encountered and the appointment system the envy of all our friends and relatives who are not lucky enough to be with this practice.
